Pearl Sunset in Pink

A pearl sunset over the bay. Designed to relax the viewer and allow them to escape into the soft pink sky as the day melts away. The ocean invites the viewer toward the horizon while allowing them to dive deeper into the cool water.

This work was created from a moment I experienced at Elwood beach during summer, when the sun turned the sky into hues reminding me of pink fairy floss which filtered through the water while I was swimming.
