Beyond, the viewer glimpses the majestic Dandenong Ranges and to the left the sprawling expanse of Port Phillip Bay. The rich French Ultramarine blues evoke a sense of depth and vibrancy, emphasising the significance of our ever-evolving views and the perpetual construction shaping Melbourne's skyline.
